Single 8vo sheet folded to make 4 pages. Front cover photograph of Don on the beach (of course). Inscribed by Don the Beachcomber: "To Dennis the Menace / Alohanni / Don." Ernest Gantt, who legally changed his name to Donn Beach, was a world traveler and adventurer eventually turned entrepreneur who opened Don's Beachcomber in Hollywood in 1933, a venue often frequented by the celebrities of the period. The tropical-themed restaurant grew into the immensely successful Don the Beachcomber restaurant chain where he became famous for his strictly-guarded recipes for rum concoctions. Don is considerd the father of Tiki culture, a movement still hugely popular today. Autograph material by him is scarce. Menu creased where folded down the middle, else very good.
