Berkeley: Psychological Consultation Services, ca. 1956.
4to. Single sheet folded once to make four pages. First edition. A form created by Leary for use in interpersonal diagnosis of personality. Reproduces one large Interpersonal Diagnostic Circle that Leary devised for measuring characteristics of personality (also prints eight smaller circles). One of Leary's early contributions to personality studies that led to his appointment at Harvard. When he was incarcerated many years later Leary was required to take tests based on ones that he originally created. Fine.
