Presentation copy inscribed (in pencil) by Alastair Johnston to Bob Hawley publisher of Oyez Press: "the alleged book lovingly inscribed to Bob Hawley, yr servant, the author, Alastair Johnston." The following items are laid in: a reproduction of a Wallace Berman work, a reproduction of a letter by Dave Haselwood with an errata list for this book on the verso, a publication announcement for this book with an announcement for Wieners "The Hotel Wentley Poems" on the verso, and a letter to Dave Haselwood titled "Letter from Paris" written by several authors and printed in blue on thin white parchment. Fine (publication announcement slightly creased). A terrific association copy linking two of the major figures in the Bay Area literary scene.
