London: Mitre Press, 1976.
Hardbound in dust jacket. First edition. Posthumously published account of the author's experiments with LSD. Some induced "ineffable visions" and "unforgettable insights" while others led to psychosis. The author's adventures included a stint in prison, addiction to heroin including a trip to Kabul where he ran amok, and being hospitalized where he died at age 24. Little known and very scarce LSD/drug confession of the period. This is the first copy we've handled. Near fine in dust jacket with some modest soiling to back panel.
