Haring did the cover illustration for the LP and that illustration is featured on the front of the card, though here printed in b&w, gray, and blue. The back prints event info including appearances by David Johansen (as Buster Poindexter), and John Giorno, both of whom who appear on the LP along with William Burroughs and others. The card is square like an LP, and the info on back is arranged like song titles on a record label. Fine (ca. 5.5" x 5.5" ). Scarce.
