Item #SKB-17358 Handbill telling Woodstock concert-goers "How to keep your abandoned car from being towed away by the cops" Anonymous.

Handbill telling Woodstock concert-goers "How to keep your abandoned car from being towed away by the cops".

n.p.: Woodstock Nation, 1969.

Item #SKB-17358

The handbill prints what looks like a temporary license plate from Arizona: "Stick this in the back window. They'll know it's phony, but they'll be afraid. Cops are terrified by authority A Woodstock Nation product." Presumably handed out to Woodstock attendees many of whom were forced to abandon their cars along the side of the road on their way to the festival resulting in many miles of abandoned cars strewn like matchsticks along the roadsides. Small corner crease, very slightly toned, very good plus to near fine. Rare Woodstock ephemera that we've never seen before.

Price: $250.00
