Item #SKB-17243

Second printing of this Paperback Original. Features one of the most sensational, beautifully designed, drug exploitation covers in existence. There are covers that show women and syringes, women using syringes, but in the subset of woman-in-a-syringe covers---this is the best. Features an illustration of a beautiful woman trapped in a syringe as it plummets towards hell with flames leaping in the background. Her hands are above her head trying to keep the plunger of the syringe from crushing her as she looks downward toward her ultimate fate. This book does not appear in "Sin-A-Rama: Sleaze Paperbacks of the Sixties" or Gertz's "Dope Menace: The Sensational World of Drug Paperbacks 1900-1975." A true rarity of the genre. In the last 33 years of active searching we have encountered one copy of the first printing, and this copy of the second. Barely perceptible reading crease to the covers though the book appears unread, small price sticker to corner of front cover (a sticker from Mexico from around the time of publication), else near fine. (Spanish text.).
