NY: Gitter's Card Gallery, ca. 1984.
Inscribed by Haring at the top edge "For Jean" and signed by him along the right edge dated "86". The photograph of Haring shows him naked from the waist up looking directly into the camera, smiling. He's holding a can of spray paint with a protective mask dangling around his neck. This photo capturing Haring in his element was considered to be a defining shot that epitomized him, and artist Shepard Fairey used this photo as the basis for the portrait he did of Haring. Very fine (6" x 4.25").
